Ibrahim Al-Mutrif enjoys excellent relations with a large number of Saudi, GCC, European and American firms in various lines of business.

Through his consultations, he focused on the technology transfer field. To that end, he created partnerships and developed joint ventures between Saudi and foreign firms for the purpose of technology localization.

He held leadership positions in the Government and the Private Sector. He was the King Fahd University Dean of Faculty & Associate Professor of International Relations, the Secretary General of the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the Deputy Governor for International Cooperation at the Saudi Investment Authority.

He consulted to a number of Government agencies and private sector firms.
The most important Project developed by his consulting firm was the “Global Refining Investment Fund” proposal.
