Alwin Morgenstern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Recycling industry, notably through his roles at RWE Umwelt in Germany and REO-RWE in the Czech Republic.
He has established himself as an expert in strategic planning, project management, and innovation management over his long career.
Alwin has successfully led numerous initiatives in environmental reclamation and reverse logistics, significantly advancing recycling technologies and systems.
His expertise extends to establishing operations across the United States, Germany, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Singapore, and Shanghai, including the design and construction of a large recycling plant in the Czech Republic.

He has delivered top results managing a retention center for the leading U.S. plumbing industry firm and honed financial acumen at Wells Fargo Bank, enhancing his international market navigation.
As a specialist in commercial real estate and a California public notary licensed for loan documents, he strengthens Playglobal’s global outreach, aided by his board role at GERMAN SCHOOL campus.

Daniel Baumgartner
Member of the Advisory Board
Daniel Baumgartner is a serial entrepreneur with a varied and extensive career over the last 25 years. After graduating in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Austria, he started his career as an IT specialist. In the areas of consulting and system architecture, he was responsible for well-known companies, such as Microsoft, Volkswagen, Porsche, OMV.
He began his entrepreneurship by founding the company b.media, an IT Service Provider with later subsidiaries in Switzerland, Romania, Qatar and the USA, focusing on Software development, media-, trading- and advertising services. Additionally, he held several board member positions in different global companies. During this time, he founded Playglobal with global subsidiaries to extend his growing network particulary in the Middle East region.
Manuel Neuwirth
Member of the Advisory Board
Manuel Neuwirth is a seasoned entrepreneur with 17 years of experience in security and surveillance. After completing his education in telecommunications and Computer technology, holding various leadership roles in security management, he assumed responsibility for operational security management at a Family Office in Vienna.
For the past seven years, he has played a key role in the restructuring process of Playglobal, where he now holds a leadership position in managing and organizing key business tasks.
In addition to his executive role at Playglobal, he oversees international projects and works across the company´s global subsidiaries in Austria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the USA.
